Tickets purchased from The State Theatre are for personal use and may not be resold for more than face value. The State Theatre reserves the right to cancel any order we deem in conflict of this policy. In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons, The State Theatre is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties. We cannot provide customer service or refunds for tickets purchased from unauthorized sites, unauthorized ticket distributors or brokers.

Ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The ticket facility, service, and processing fees charged on this event are for the administration, operations, and other expenses associated with the event (including but not limited to the ticketing and sales platforms), and will be retained by The State Theatre. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the ticket will be honored for the rescheduled event date, and a refund will be made available. Shipping, processing, and service fees are NOT refundable.

The State Theatre complies with policy and privacy laws in The United States of America.  This notice describes the privacy policy associated with The State Theatre website and ticketing. If you purchase a ticket, you will be added to certain mailing lists by The State Theatre for future concerts and events.

We never sell user information to others, and we only share contact information with third party presenters (i.e. those who have rented the venue) of specific events you have purchased tickets to.  If you do not wish to have your information shared with presenting organizations, you may contact the box office at 814-272-0606 or boxoffice@thestatetheatre.org and a note will be added to your ticket account.

Agents and Service Providers: The State Theatre engages other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf. Examples of these services include processing credit card payments, providing order fulfillment and customer services, sending postal mail and e-mail to you, and analyzing data. While these agents and service providers may have access to your personal information in connection with the performance of services for State Theatre, they may not use such information for any purpose other than providing such services to The State Theatre.

Protection of The State Theatre and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our User Agreement; or protect the rights, property, or safety of The State Theatre, our users, or others. This yearly partnership between Schlow Library, and The State Theatre invites families of the community to beat the heat and enjoy the comfort of our theatre!  Registration is preferred, but walk-ins will be accepted!
