We never sell user information to others, and we only share contact information with third party presenters (i.e. those who have rented the venue) of specific events you have purchased tickets to. If you do not wish to have your information shared with presenting organizations, you may contact the box office at 814-272-0606 or boxoffice@thestatetheatre.org and a note will be added to your ticket account.

Agents and Service Providers : The State Theatre engages other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf. Examples of these services include processing credit card payments, providing order fulfillment and customer services, sending postal mail and e-mail to you, and analyzing data. While these agents and service providers may have access to your personal information in connection with the performance of services for City Winery, they may not use such information for any purpose other than providing such services to The State Theatre.

3) Ticket Processing Fee

The ticket processing fee and all other fees charged on this event are for the administration, operations, and other expenses associated with this event (including but not limited to the ticketing and sales platforms), and will be retained by The State Theatre.
