Happy Valley Improv is State College’s premier long-form improv troupe, bringing the spontaneous art of improvisation to Centre County through live performances, classes, workshops, and community outreach. Founded in early 2017 by four improvisers in a church basement, the group has since grown to over 30 members, each showcasing a diverse range of improv styles and forms at our home, The Blue Brick Theatre in Calder Way. If you’ve seen Whose Line Is It Anyway?—it’s like that, but with our own unique twist! This show will be rated PG-13.

Tickets purchased from The State Theatre are for personal use and may not be resold for more than face value. The State Theatre reserves the right to cancel any order we deem in conflict of this policy. Ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The ticket facility, service, and processing fees charged on this event are for the administration, operations, and other expenses associated with the event (including but not limited to the ticketing and sales platforms), and will be retained by The State Theatre. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the ticket will be honored for the rescheduled event date, and a refund will be made available. Shipping, processing, and service fees are NOT refundable.

This yearly partnership between Schlow Library, and The State Theatre invites families of the community to beat the heat and enjoy the comfort of our theatre!  Registration is preferred, but walk-ins will be accepted!
