Before the screening, from 1pm to 2:30pm, Hope's Rescue will be at The State with real cats looking for loving homes. Whether you’re just browsing or ready to adopt, it’s the purr-fect chance to connect with a new furry friend and maybe take the cat love home with you.

Ready to laugh, “aww,” and fall in love all over again? Cat Video Fest 2025 is the ultimate celebration of all things feline curated from the internet’s finest cat clips, classic favorites, and never-before-seen submissions from around the world.

Gather your fellow cat lovers and join us for a joyful journey through the cutest, quirkiest, and most mischievous cat moments ever caught on camera—all on the big screen where they belong.

Hope’s Dream Rescue and Sanctuary is a volunteer driven organization dedicated to changing the lives of cats, dogs, and other animals in Centre and surrounding counties in Pennsylvania.

They do this by providing temporary shelter in the form of foster homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered cats and dogs, as well as other animals as needed. These animals are in thier care until suitable forever homes are found. In that time we test, vaccinate, microchip, and spay/neuter each one.

They are also passionate about decreasing the overpopulation of stray and feral cats in our area through Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR)

While they are a small organization, they make a large impact on improving the lives of animals in our area, bringing a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves.

Tickets purchased from The State Theatre are for personal use and may not be resold for more than face value. The State Theatre reserves the right to cancel any order we deem in conflict of this policy. In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons, The State Theatre is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties. We cannot provide customer service or refunds for tickets purchased from unauthorized sites, unauthorized ticket distributors or brokers.

Ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The ticket facility, service, and processing fees charged on this event are for the administration, operations, and other expenses associated with the event (including but not limited to the ticketing and sales platforms), and will be retained by The State Theatre. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the ticket will be honored for the rescheduled event date, and a refund will be made available. Shipping, processing, and service fees are NOT refundable.

Join us at The State Theatre almost every Wednesday this summer for a line-up of excellent children’s movies!  This yearly partnership between Schlow Library, and The State Theatre invites families of the community to beat the heat and enjoy the comfort of our theatre!  Registration is preferred, but walk-ins will be accepted!
